A 30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due three days before departure. Cancellations more than 30 days out are free. Within 29–4 days, 30% applies; within 3 days, 100%.

Twin rooms in 3-star city hotels; single supplements available. Chitwan includes full board. Dietary requirements can be arranged with advance notice.
03Visa Requirements
Most nationalities can obtain a Nepal visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your start date.
04Best Time to Visit
Spring (Mar–Apr) and autumn (Oct–Dec) offer clear skies and comfortable temperatures. Winter is cooler but still excellent for this low-altitude circuit.
